Helen McKenna – Principal

Helen had a diverse career in the ACT and Australian Public Services. Her experience at senior levels included policy, operational and service delivery management roles in the ACT Chief Minister’s Department, and management of performance audit programs in the Australian National Audit Office. As a Senior Executive in Centrelink, she was responsible for performance audit, evaluation, business assurance, and risk management.

Cheryl Hannah - Senior Consultant

Cheryl has three decades of experience in academic and public sector executive management. She has experience in policy development, operational and service delivery roles and managed regional offices in Australia for the Department of Immigration as well as serving as Australia's Counsellor Migration in the Philippines in the mid-1990s. Promoted to the Senior Executive Service in 1999, Cheryl later assumed the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and First Assistant Secretary for Information Technology (IT) Services where she was responsible annually for $100m+ IT budgets and staffing complements of over 1,000 employees and contractors. She managed the first and two successive Commonwealth Government IT outsourcing contracts for Immigration/Cluster 3 with global IT companies CSC, IBM and Unisys.
